Send clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to our refusal of the goods to be refunded or exchanged.

I bought the clips for my daughter . She loves them when she gets to wear them. My granddaughter has tried to wear them. But not really old enough or have enough hair at this time. I will keep your product in mind.
