It takes 5-10 working days to arrive in Asia.

It takes 5-15 working days to reach the U.S. and North America.

It takes 5-15 working days to reach Europe.

It takes 7-15 working days to reach South America, Australia, and New Zealand.

It takes 7-15 working days to arrive in Ukraine and other countries.

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination; we offer free Postal Shipping for orders over the US $69. Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

About tax

A Note on Customs Duties for International Orders:
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers.

Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Hoshiny cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.
Hoshiny is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.


Exceptions:


Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries) because our carrier can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package. Besides, please put your address with details on the street number/building number if you have one.

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
