How Does Shipping Work?
Most orders will be processed within 3 business days and The shipping time is about 8-13 days (except for remote areas in the United States). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Orders with Overnight & 2-Day Shipping must be placed before 12 PM PST to be shipped same day. All shipping costs are set by USPS, FedEx, or DHL & calculated by weight with any duties, taxes, or handling charges included. (Hawaii, Los Angeles, Turkey, Norway, etc. Shipping time is about 5-45 days).

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. Please write your order information (order number and email address), reasons for returning or exchanging, plus other comments on a piece of paper. Please enclose this in your returns package. We are not responsible for any delays.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.Refund will be made within ten (10) business days after our receipt of package.We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
