Send clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to our refusal of the goods to be refunded or exchanged.

FIVE-STAR PRODUCT...and company!

My ring is actually in Icy Sprite, not Regal Pink, however, I absolutely adore it. Somehow, the ring manages to combine plastic and rhinestones in a way that's humorous, yet oddly well-designed. Hoshiny's other products are delightful too-it's a great little company.
