How Does Shipping Work?
Most orders will be processed within 3 business days and The shipping time is about 8-13 days (except for remote areas in the United States). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Orders with Overnight & 2-Day Shipping must be placed before 12 PM PST to be shipped same day. All shipping costs are set by USPS, FedEx, or DHL & calculated by weight with any duties, taxes, or handling charges included. (Hawaii, Los Angeles, Turkey, Norway, etc. Shipping time is about 5-45 days).

Please write your order information (order number and email address), reasons for returning or exchanging, plus other comments on a piece of paper. Please enclose this in your returns package. We are not responsible for any delays.
