1、How does shipping work?
Most   orders will be processed within 1-3 business days . Usually 8-20 working days to receive the goods, except the Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Somoa, or The Virgin Islands, Some remote areas may require longer shipping time . Please allow up to 5-7 business days for our team to process your order during sale or new collection launch periods. All custom products and pre-orders with additional order items will ship together. Custom orders can take up to 2-4 weeks for production. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update.

3、When will my custom order ship?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for production & delivery. All custom products with additional order items will ship together.  We do not accept returns for any custom products.

4、What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number & a photo of the item.  After 30 days we are unable to provide a complete replacement or refund for any products that develop wear-and-tear over time. Please allow 2-3 business days for your inquiry to be reviewed by one of our customer service representatives. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM PST.

5、What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or returned to sender?
Hoshiny is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout.  We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.

How Does Shipping Work?
Most orders will be processed within 3 business days and The shipping time is about 8-20 days (except for remote areas in the United States). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Orders with Overnight & 2-Day Shipping must be placed before 12 PM PST to be shipped same day. All shipping costs are set by USPS, FedEx, or DHL & calculated by weight with any duties, taxes, or handling charges included. (Hawaii, Los Angeles, Turkey, Norway, etc. Shipping time is about 5-45 days).

Can I return my hair clips, scrunchies, hair ties, or other hair accessories?
Yes,If there is any quality problem with the product, we will provide free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
It is worth noting that if it is the customer's own fault, such as not liking it, not suitable, etc., the customer will have to bear the return fee.

About Refund

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For all defective items please start a damage claim by contacting: support@hoshiny.com.

Send clear photos of the wrong/defective item and a copy of the original invoice.
The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged—① Items on clearance, ② Special offer, ③Customized items
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.Use protective box or wrap with thick paper. Item(s) received unwrapped or without the original box will be subject to our refusal of the goods to be refunded or exchanged.


Please write your order information (order number and email address), reasons for returning or exchanging, plus other comments on a piece of paper. Please enclose this in your returns package. We are not responsible for any delays.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.Refund will be made within ten (10) business days after our receipt of package.We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.


Note: We do not accept returned items that have not been processed and submitted first.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We all know that Fashion items / Styles turn over rapidly. But with us at HOSHINY.COM, unlike any other e-Comm stores around, we can arrange to hold any item(s) for customer exchanges as long as we’re in receipt of the original item(s) you want to be exchanged with in order to start the process. We’re only giving a one-time courtesy as last final-option of exchange only to selected goods we have available hat are of the very same kind of goods quality that falls on the very same price rate, regardless of different color variation or different size to satisfy the customer’s final choice. All shipping fees to be incurred on the exchange is a non-refundable and as such are fully at the expense of customer.

 

REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

All refused shipments & undeliverable packages will be accommodated on a non-restocking fee. Shipping fee is non-refundable as such are fully the expense of customer.



ORDER CANCELLATION

Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.Please submit a help ticket from support@hoshiny.com if you decide to cancel the order.For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order shave already been shipped.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
