COFF Flocking Love claw clip

The clip arrived about 2 weeks after I ordered. I live in the U.S, so shipping time wasn’t bad. However, although it arrived packaged well enough (some bubble wrap and paper fillings), the clip arrived damaged. Two of the hearts were hanging on by a few strands of hot glue, and the rest of the hearts aren’t far behind. The hot glue is visible along the back of the clip, too. Some of the claws were slightly stuck together, and when pulled apart, some of the velvet flaked off. The clip itself is made well, though, and has some weight to it, which I indicate as a good sign. Superglue should be enough to glue the broken hearts back on, but it was disappointing to even have to. The clip is otherwise exactly as shown in the pictures.
